Cairn is event management software from Creed Apps. It is used by event organisers and their crews to run checkpoints, track participants through a course, and keep an event’s picture current.
Cairn is licensed to event organisations. If you are using Cairn at an event, your access comes from the organisation running that event — they decide who gets in, what you can see, and what happens to the event’s data afterwards.

Privacy Policy (Summary)
Who this is for: anyone whose information is in Cairn.
What information Cairn holds, who is responsible for it, where it is stored, and how long it is kept. It explains the split that matters most: for your own account details we are responsible, and for the participant and crew data an event organiser puts into Cairn, the organiser is responsible and we act on their instructions.
Beta Tester Terms (Summary)
Who this is for: people testing Cairn before release.
Cairn is still being built. If you have been given early access, these are the additional terms that cover it — including keeping it confidential and not relying on it as the record of a real event.
Licensing Cairn
Cairn is licensed to event organisations under a written agreement covering the service, support and data protection. It is not sold from this website.

If you are crew at an event and want your details removed, or want to know what is held about you, contact the organisation running that event first — they control the event’s data. We will help them, and you, either way.
