End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Event Support Tracker (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal or organizational event‑support activities, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App
  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

Event Support Tracker collects only the minimum information required to operate:

  • Name
  • Username
  • Email address

No additional personal data is collected or stored. Data is used solely for authentication, account management, and app functionality. For more details, refer to the App’s Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, trademarks, and content, remain the property of the developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Updates & Changes

The developer may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements. These may modify or remove features. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified version.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The developer may suspend or terminate your access if you violate any terms. You may terminate by uninstalling the App. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, nor that the App will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
